Return/Refund policy

3 Little Dinos aims for customer satisfaction. We want to provide the very best for our customers! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be return within 7 days for a refund, at buyers expense. A 10% restocking fee may be applied. For the health and concern of our customers, all products must be in new, unused condition to return. Shipping is non-refundable.

Please contact us before leaving any negative reviews as I will always be happy to help you out. If there is an issue with your product or if you have any questions, please reach out.

If your order is order is damaged in transit or has a defect that was not caught during inspection, contact me immediately with pictures of the damage so I can resolve the issue and make sure you get the undamaged products you ordered. This may take a couple days to sort out any issues with the shipping company but my promise to you is you will receive a new undamaged order.

Please bare in mind, color of items may very a bit due to lighting but I will strive to have accurate colors depicted in the pictures.
